What is Dillard’s Return Policy?

Dillard’s Return Policy deals in a straightforward way, and buyers must return the purchased item within 30 days of purchase, and the consumers must have the payment receipt copy.

Having a proper Receipt of the buying product (Via Mail)

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchased product or your needs do not match your satisfaction, consumers can return the product within 30 days of buying. 
  • To return a product item, you need to know some specific terms and conditions such as the item must be new, unused, unwashed, and it would only be accepted with original packaging and price tags.   
  • Buyers may return the package to the Dillard’s store via mail option. Let’s have a look at the following step:
  • The consumer can call on the customer care number of Dillard’s.
  • Their customer care executive will take the call, and they provide 24*7 service to Dillard’s buyers.
  • The agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label, and the buyer will get a confirmation return mail. Buyers must print the return label and adhere to your product item.    
  • The package must drop at your nearest UPS location, and the Dillard’s service provider will collect it.

Dillard’s Return Policy Without Receipt (No Receipt)

If the buyer doesn’t have any Receipt (retail store)

  • If a regular buyer wants to return a product without receipt or bill or any confirmation mail, all he or she requires is a valid photo ID.
  • If the purchased product is unused and unwashed, it will be accepted by the Dillard’s store manager.    
  • The purchased item value will be verified by the store and retained by the Dillard’s team member.

Conditions on Refunding

  • After verifying your purchased product item, the appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund amount.
  • The original (previous) shipping charge and any other fees (handling fees) may be deducted from the amount of your refund unless the return package has some fault.
  • If any error occurs regarding the product, the Dillard’s store won’t be responsible for refunding the money.  
  • Refunds will be applicable if and only if the products are unused and not faulty, whether it is clothing or accessories like shoes and belts- the return policy on clearance items will not be negotiated. 

Refunding the money policy

  • If the buyer has purchased the item with a debit card, the money will be refunded via debit card.
  • If the consumer owns their store credit card, then the money will be refunded as a credit card store.  If someone wants to change their gift cards or item, they can return it via the Dillard’s store.
  • If you have purchased the gift card online, you need to follow the necessary steps to refund the gift card or receipt.
